The beginning of the New Session is always full of excitement. It is that time of the year when the School is ready to welcome the students with zeal and enthusiasm. The new session promises a lot of interesting events and activities for the children to learn through experiential learning. The Millennium Learning System is committed to nurture the inherent potential and talent of each child. Every month a series of activities will be organized for the students to showcase their innate talent.
18 April - My Family Portrait
To imbibe the value of togetherness, the Family Portrait activity will be conducted in the class. This gives the students an opportunity to create a family portrait and talk about the people who are most important to them.
22 April - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle (Earth Day)
Earth Day is celebrated to realize the importance of our ‘MOTHER EARTH’. It is also the time to thank Nature for all its bounties. The students will celebrate Earth Day in their own unique style. The concept of Reduce, Reuse & Recycle will be discussed in the Morning Special Assembly. Kindly prepare your child to speak two lines about Earth Day. This will help in building the confidence and overcome the stage fear. Each student will make a colourful poster of A4 size at home and bring it to School. The students will march with placards and understand about Save our Earth.
10 May - Mommy You Are My World (Mother’s Day)
‘A Mother is she who can take the place of all others, but whose place no one else can take’
Mother’s Day is a special day, for all children and mothers as it celebrates the bond of love and affection that is everlasting. Special assembly will be conducted .Mothers are requested to attend the function.
14 May- Thanks Giving Day
Special assembly will be conducted on ‘Thanks Giving Day’ to acknowledge the efforts of the Supporting Staff. The children will present handmade cards to Didi’s and Bhaiya’s in the school.
