Transport Guidelines
The Millennium School, Greater Noida West, offers transportation for students living in selected areas of Greater Noida, Noida, and Ghaziabad. All the school buses are air-conditioned, CCTV-monitored, GPS-enabled, and led by trained bus drivers, attendants, and security personnel. We monitor their current location, keeping in mind the safety of children. Please refer to the transportation safety guidelines for more details.
We request that parents and guardians have a look at the transportation guidelines listed below.
- Full fee is applicable when using the one-way transport facility.
- When using the transport facility for the first time, please show the transport receipt issued by the school to the bus attendant or person in charge.
- The person in charge of receiving or dropping off the students at the designated bus stop must be present at the venue along with their escort card at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time. It is mandatory for them to show the escort card to the school staff before the pickup and drop.
- The child will not be sent off with a non-escort card holder. In the event of an emergency, if the person in charge of picking up and dropping off the student does not have the escort card, then the parent or guardian of the child must notify the school in advance via a handwritten application or an email sent to the official school id: contact@themillenniumschoolgrnoida.com.
- No child is permitted to board a bus that is not designated for him/her. She or he is not permitted to disembark at any other stop than the one designated for him/her.
- Transport routes and schedules will be set before the start of each academic session. The bus number, route number, and other details will be communicated to the parents/guardians who have registered for the facility. Requests for any change in the bus routes during the session may be entertained, subject to the availability of seats on the requested bus route.
- Parents/guardians need to submit a handwritten application at the front desk of the school or send an email to contact@themillenniumschoolgrnoida.com for any of these purposes: withdrawal of the school transport, requesting a change in transportation location and route, or reapplying for the transportation facility.
- The process for transport withdrawal/re-allocation/route change will take up to 7 to 10 working days to get updated in the system.
- Any withdrawal requests in the fourth quarter of the academic session will not be accepted.
- If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the front desk or the transportation in-charge at the official school email id.
