9 August - Eid-ul-Zuha
We at Millennium believe in respecting all the religions and spreading love and happiness to all.
Eid-ul Zuha -‘The festival of Sacrifice’.This festival is the second important festival of India.It teaches us to sacrifice our most precious belonging to God and to take care of the poor especially during the time of festival.Special Assembly will be conducted to convey the message to our little ones about the importance of the Eid .Parents need to send a portion of Seviyan along with their ward which they can share with their friends.
13August - Thread Of Love
Raksha Bandhan is a strong bond of love and affection between the brother and sister. The Children need to come dressed in the traditional Indian attire to School to celebrate Raksha Bandhan on13 August, 19. To emphasise this, Rakhi Making Activity will be conducted.
14 August - Jashn-e-Azadi
To inculcate the spirit of Patriotism and understand the joy of freedom in its real sense, the School will organise a special Assembly.The Pre-primary children need to come to school in white kurtas and Pajamas on 14 Aug,19. They must learn to speak at least 2 to 4 sentences about this Day.
22 Aug– Natkhat Gopal
Janmashtami, the birthday of Lord Krishna is celebrated with great devo-tion & enthusiasm in India. Janmashtami Pujan will be organized in the School, to create awareness about the festival. To celebrate it, the boys will come dressed as Nanhe Kanhas & girls as Radha Ranis. Parents need to send Batashe & rice puffs 100 grams each, along with the Child on 21 Aug,19.
Visit to Places Of Worship
The School is organizing a trip to Sai Temple on 24 Aug,19 within the School Hours. Please send your child in proper School uniform with ID card, tiffin,cap and water bottles. Normal School time will be followed. The consent for the same is attached herewith.It should be duly filled and sent back to the Class Teacher by 9 Aug,19.
