We at Millennium, celebrate all the festivals to spread love and happiness.
Lohri is a celebration of the Winter Crop Season and is observed just a day before Makar Sankranti. To mark the festive occasion, Millennials would prepare interesting art and craft sheets.
Activity-1
Lohri Mini Basket Decoration - 12th January 2021
Material Required-Disposable Paper cups (Medium/Big) painted in any colour of their choice, Decorative material like Stars, Glitter, Stones, Ribbon and Gluestick.
Dress Code-Millennials to wear bright colourful dresses.
Time- 10- 10.30 am (Grade 1)

26 JANUARY 2021 (TUESDAY) – REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION
United We Stand! – A Spirit of Patriotism India’s Constitution came into force on Republic Day thus completing the country's transition towards becoming an Independent Nation.Activity for the Day

Print out of the sheet which will be shared on fliplearn on 12th January 2021, Colours, A-4 Coloured sheets for the Tearing and Pasting activity. Time: 12-12.30 Noon.

A-4 Drawing sheet, Water colours, brush, bowl to mix colours and a spare cloth to wipe hands.

Material Required-Bread, Green Chutney, Orange Jam 29 JANUARY 2021 (FRIDAY)– PLANT A MEMORY Plant a Tree, and spread happiness Nature is a powerful teacher that plays an integral role in Experiential Learning, where each child develops socially and emotionally. For better understanding of their environment, the children will plant a sapling in a pot at home and nurture it. This will gradually deepen their knowledge about the individual plant that each one takes and plants. Go Green is a value that must be imbibed by our Millennials. Parents to click pictures of the child with the potted plant and share with the class teachers.

3. Fevistick/Glue
4. Material to decorate like Ribbons, Glitter, Stars and SketchPens.
Any Sapling of their choice and a pot to plant it.
