8 NOVEMBER 2019 (FRIDAY) – ID-E-MILAD
We at Millennium celebrate all the festivals to spread love and happiness.
Id-E-Milad is celebrated to commemorate the birth of the Prophet Muhammad. It is celebrated in Rabi-al-Awwal, the third month of the Islamic calendar. It is considered an important day for Muslims all across the Globe, as it reminds of the kindness, compassion and teachings of the Holy Prophet.
An Assembly will be organized to convey the significance of Id-E-Milad by Class – I on this day.
11 NOVEMBER 2019 (MONDAY) –GURU NANAK JAYANTI
Gurupurab is celebrated in remembrance of the founder of Sikhism, Guru Nanak. It commemorates his birthday. On this day, hymns from the Sikh scriptures are recited.
To provide the values of Unity in Diversity, a Special Assembly will be organized by Classes II & III on this day.
14 NOVEMBER 2019 (THURSDAY) – CHILDREN’S DAY CELEBRATION
“While we try to teach our children all about life, our children teach us what life is all about.” – Angela Schwindt
Children’s Day is celebrated on 14 November, on the birth anniversary of the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India, because of his endless love & affection for children.
There shall be ‘Children’s Day Celebration’ during the school hours. Fun Games & Activities like Barrier Race, Bounce, Swings, Dance, etc. will be carried out. Kindly send your ward in a Party dress.
20 NOVEMBER 2019 (WEDNESDAY) – ACTIVITY: MERI KAVITA SUNO
Class I & II Activity:

As a part of Hindi Diwas Week, Meri Kavita Suno Activity will be organized for exhibiting & enhancing students’ confidence, voice modulation and oratory skills. Kindly prepare your ward to speak 4 to 5 lines about himself/herself followed with their favourite Kavita in Hindi. (Props & Attire are Optional)
22 NOVEMBER 2019 (FRIDAY)– ACTIVITY: MERI KAHANI SUNO
Class III Activity:
As a part of Hindi Diwas Week, Meri Kahani Suno Activity will be organized for exhibiting & enhancing students’ confidence and oratory skills. Kindly prepare your ward to speak 5 to 6 lines about himself/herself followed with their favourite Kahani in Hindi. (Props & Attire are Optional)
23 NOVEMBER 2019 (SATURDAY) – A Day In Delhi (DID)
Visit to the National Zoological Park, New Delhi
The students of the Pre-Primary & Primary Wings will be visiting the National Zoological Park, New Delhi on Saturday, 23 November 2019. Please remember to send the following items with your ward, labelled water bottle, 2 tiffin-boxes, handkerchief and cap. Children have to be dressed neatly in the School Uniform with their ID Cards. Please fill the attached Consent Form and submit the same by Monday, 4 November 2019. No Consent will be accepted telephonically.
School Timings: 08:30 A.M. to 03:30 P.M.
Parents are requested to encourage their ward to be a part of this Experiential Learning.
